How early should I order a custom cake?+
At least 48 hours for most designs, 5 days for tiered or wedding cakes.
Do I have to upload a photo?+
No. You can design with text only, pick a gallery design, choose a theme topper, or send the photo later on WhatsApp.
How does payment work for custom cakes?+
We review your design and send a quote. After you approve, pay the advance (usually 50%) by bKash, Nagad, Bangla QR or bank transfer. The rest is paid on delivery.
Will the cake look exactly like the preview?+
The preview is an approximation. Real cream, colours and baking can vary slightly, but our decorators follow your design closely.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?+
Yes, selected items by courier. Fresh-cream cakes are Dhaka only.
